The Policies and Procedures Manual provide general guidance and procedural descriptions used in the management of the Association.  For example, it includes information on the establishment of bank accounts, issuance of Certifications of Account Status, handling of delinquent accounts, and funding goals for reserve accounts.  The Policies and Procedures Manual may be amended by the Board of Directors at any regular meeting.
