Management:  Minutes
Minutes are the official record of the proceedings of The Overlook Property Owners Association (OPOA).  The Secretary of the Association is responsible for recording the minutes of a meeting.  The minutes are approved by the Board of Directors either at at an Association meeting or at another time provided there is unanimous consent to approve the minutes. Minutes typically contain a body with an record of the motions, topics, and decisions made at a meeting as well as a set of exhibits, e.g., the Treasurer's financial report.  We record the unanimous decisions of the Board of Directors made between Association meetings in the minutes
